At Containersvent.com, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the shipping containers and services we provide. This Refund & Returns Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, returns, or exchanges may be issued.


1. General Policy

  • All sales of custom or modified containers are final and non-refundable once production begins.

  • Standard new or used containers may be eligible for return or refund under certain conditions (outlined below).

  • Customers are responsible for inspecting containers upon delivery. Any damages or discrepancies should be reported within 48 hours of receipt.


2. Eligibility for Refunds or Returns

Refunds or returns are considered in the following cases:

  • Damaged Containers: If a container is delivered with structural damage affecting usability.

  • Incorrect Container Delivered: If the container delivered does not match the order specifications (size, type, or features).

  • Factory Defects: Structural defects not caused by transportation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Containers must be returned in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear during transport.


3. Non-Eligible Items

Refunds or returns cannot be issued for:

  • Custom-built or modified containers

  • Containers damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or installation errors

  • Cosmetic issues such as minor scratches, dents, or surface rust on used containers

  • Containers that have been relocated or altered without prior approval


4. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@containersvent.com  within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide your order details, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem.

  3. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility for a return or refund.

  4. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the container. Shipping and handling charges may apply unless the error is on our part.


5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned container.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

  • Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable unless the error is caused by Containersvent.com.


6. Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered if:

  • The container is of the wrong type or size

  • The container is damaged or defective

Exchanges are subject to availability. Any price differences must be settled at the time of exchange.


7. Limitation of Liability

Containersvent.com is not responsible for:

  • Losses caused by delays in return shipping

  • Damage occurring during transport by third-party carriers

  • Any indirect or consequential losses

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the container.
